You are free to cancel after the first month of delivery.
The subscription can always be canceled before the end of the current subscription period. We recommend canceling in good time so that you don't risk being charged for delivery in a new subscription period.
There is binding of a subscription for the first 3 deliveries. Afterwards, you can freely cancel your subscription.
1. How do I subscribe to a glue subscription?
It works super simply, you just choose the glue you use the most, and choose how often you want to receive it. Either every month, second or third month.
2. How do you withdraw the money from me?
You will be invoiced through the credit/debit card you use when you place your first order. You will then be invoiced according to how often you receive your order. The order is automatically made with us when we hit the 1st of the month.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily and simply cancel by writing us an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org". Include your order number and name. Remember that we have a commitment period of min. 3 deliveries of glue before you can cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription 48 hours BEFORE you are billed for the subscription period. If you terminate after the 48 hours, it is no longer possible to terminate for the applicable period.
4. Can I change the glue or delivery date in my subscription?
Yes you can. You just have to send us an email with your desired glue and/or new fixed delivery date. Then we put it together for you. The email must be sent to "email@example.com"
5. Do I also have to pay for delivery every month?
Yes, delivery must also be added, which is DKK 35.
